Susan J. Reaman, Esq. has joined the Board of Directors of the John S. Mulholland Family Foundation.

Susan Reaman is a Director in the newly formed Washington National Tax Credit and Energy Advisory Services Group at KPMG where she specializes in advising companies on the low-income housing and the new markets tax credit transactional and compliance matters.

Prior to joining KPMG, Ms. Reaman was Counsel and Senior Tax Policy Advisor at Nixon Peabody LLP, Washington, DC where she advised clients on new markets, low-income housing, historic, and renewable energy tax credits transactions. She also helped with broader issues of tax credit compliance and compliance matters involving state housing agencies.

Prior to joining Nixon Peabody, Susan had over a 30-year career with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel. She was the former Chief Counsel Branch Chief with responsibility for low-income, new markets, rehabilitation, and energy tax credits.

While at Nixon Peabody, Susan was instrumental in the formation of our Foundation, incorporating us in Delaware and obtaining our IRS determination as a 501(c)(3) charity, services of which were provided to us pro bono. Susan will serve as Co-Chair of A CAPITAL EVENING II, the Foundation’s Annual Gala on November 20, 2015 at The Capital Hilton.
