Summer in the City is off to a terrific start!
With just seven of thirty churches completed, we have reached 20% of the goal. Many thanks to St. Peter’s Olney, Blessed Sacrament Washington, St. Patrick Norbeck, St. Bernadette Silver Spring, St. Stephen Martyr Washington, St. Nicholas Laurel and Holy Rosary Washington.
We’ll be all over the Washington region every weekend this summer…if you’d like to volunteer, give us a call at 202.827.9997. We hope to exceed last year’s achievement of 80,000 cans of food for the working poor of the District of Columbia…stay tuned!
