KPMG today made a significant contribution to the John S. Mulholland Family Foundation. We are not only grateful for their financial contribution, but also for their imprimatur on our good works.

Susan J. Reaman, Esq., a senior executive with KPMG and a member of the Board of Directors of the John S. Mulholland Family Foundation, spearheaded this effort.

Reaman is no stranger to JSM. She was a founding supporter of our efforts in her previous role as attorney with the nationally acclaimed law firm of Nixon Peabody LLP. While there, the firm graciously took on the role of incorporating JSM, pro bono, writing our by-laws, facilitating our 501(c)(3) status, and otherwise forming the Foundation we know today. This early commitment by Susan Reaman cannot be overstated.

Since that time, Susan Reaman joined our Board and was co-chair of the highly successful A CAPITAL EVENING II, which boasted a 71% profit and a 50% increase over the prior year. Her commitment to, and love for, the poor is without peer.

The Reaman Family are noted for giving back to the community. Her husband, Dr. Gregory Reaman is a noted pediatric oncologist and Susan’s personal efforts in helping to feed the working poor of the District, make them shining examples of the goodness of our Nation’s Capital.
