Monsignor has been a priest of the Archdiocese of Washington for more than 40 years. His assignments have included pastor of St. Bernard’s in Riverdale, Maryland; St. Michael’s in Ridge, Maryland; and as counselor, chaplain and member of the faculty at Our Lady of Good Counsel High School in Wheaton, now Olney, Maryland. He currently resides at the Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament in Washington, DC.
