Stephanie Pratt is currently an Assistant Vice President & Senior Closing Officer at Walker & Dunlop LLC, a commercial mortgage lender in Bethesda, MD. In 2012, she graduated with her Master of Arts from the University of Maryland and joined Greystone Servicing Corporation’s commercial mortgage loan operation. While at Greystone, she became aware of the work and service to low-income families in the inner-city of the District of Columbia provided by the John S. Mulholland Family Foundation, Inc. Stephanie was able to connect Greystone to the Foundation, and through its support of the Foundation, Greystone has become a significant support to families in need in the Washington, DC area. Stephanie has always been very active in her community, so she was very excited to link Greystone to the Foundation. Even after accepting a position at Walker & Dunlop LLC, she continued her support for the Foundation but never felt like her participation was where it could be. Being asked to serve on the Board of Directors is truly an honor and an opportunity that she will not take lightly.
