Mr. Mangino is a partner in the law firm of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in Washington.
Mr. Gardiner is owner/partner of Gardiner Hall Associates, North Bethesda, the preeminent ecclesiastical design firm in the Nation.
